Initial stage

    the company was established, it ensured market, customer positioning and position outsourcing (BPO) as the main line at the beginning of the establishment, in the same year, it took over partial position business of UPS, Yum Brands (Kentucky, Pizza Hut) and Starbuck;

Growth stage

  • In 2008

    organization structure and management system of the enterprise were preliminarily established, and it took over famous projects like Times Square and Yantai-Dalian Ferry etc. at the same year;

  • In 2009

    in this basic implementation year, it proposed the slogan of “Standardization, process and systemization are survival basis of the enterprise”, in the same year, it formed strategic cooperation relationship with Hualu Group and Yifang Real Estate Group;

  • In 2010

    the enterprise led in ERP system in the internal management, in the same year, it formed strategic cooperation relationship with listed companies like Huafa Industrial Co., Ltd. and Poly Real Estate Co., Ltd.;

Steady stage

  • In 2011

    in the basic steady year, it proposed the slogan “System is the basic guarantee of enterprise development”, in the same year, it established strategic cooperation relations with CBRE (International consultancy company)”, took over the project of Xinghai Grand Sight, in addition, it signed cooperation agreement with BMW Group etc.;

  • In 2012

    strategy adjustment, the company made large-scale regulation of development strategy including many aspects like organization structure/customer orientation/business structure and system etc., further strengthened marketing competitiveness of the company, in the same year, it signed cooperation agreement with HSBC and international companies (RHI Group) etc.;

  • In 2013

    it was the key year of further improvement of internal system of the company and foundation solidification, in this year, it would have complete consultancy combing work of pre-stage of ISO 9000, in the same year, it formed strategic cooperation relationship with Jones Lang LaSalle(International consultancy company), took over modern service mansion projects, meantime, it signed cooperation agreements with Rightway Real Estate Group and CITIC Real Estate;

Development stage

  • In 2014

    it is the sprinting year of business and management system of the company, it has signed cooperation agreements with one of world top 500 enterprises, Dell (Xiamen) as well as local famous real estate company, Yida group;

  • In 2014

    the company passed dual system certification of international ISO 9000 and ISO 14000;

  • In 2014

    the company joined China’s Property Management Association;

  • In 2014

    the company led in international “Golden property key”service system and philosophy, further stabilized basic route of high-quality service;

  • In 2014

    ERP system of the company was thoroughly upgraded and it made preparation for high-speed development of next step;

  • In 2015

    marketing year, it combined general development strategy of the company, marketing plan was completely developed, and it offered comprehensive preparation of national strategy development;

  • In 2016

    layout plan, it will make resource allocation well, in the same time, 4-6 branches will be set up in national main cities, it will become milestone of enterprise development;
