Position responsibility

1.    To participate in internal affairs and strategic protection;

2.    To consummate legal risk management of the company;

3.    To represent the company to contact public security organs and law firms, and establish good social relations with relevant departments;

4.    Team construction of the company;

5.    Other work arranged by senior.

Position requirements

1.    30-55 years old, university or above, major in laws, legal professional qualification certificate;

2.    Over 5 years work experience of legal industry, proficiency in Corporation Law, Contract Law, Labor Law, Intellectual Property Law etc.;

3.    Upright character, serious practical work, strong logic thinking and negotiation and proceeding capabilities, good communication skill;

4.    Agile mind, steady characters, strong communication and expression skills.

Work time

8:30-17:00,1.5 rest days per week

Compensation and welfare

Position salary +performance salary + meal allowance+ traffic allowance+ communications allowance + annual bonus, five social insurances and one housing fund, annual vacation, holidays and festivals welfare
