Position responsibilities
1. To complete instruction task arranged by company;
2. To complete R&D task of training courses arranged by company;
3. Other work arranged by senior.
Position requirements
1. 30-50 years old, college or above;
2. Some course teaching experience, over 3 years of relevant work experience, prior consideration of trainers in hotel property industry;
3. Standard mandarin, clear pronunciation, good image and temperament, open and meticulous characters, strong learning capabilities, sale of love, strong anti-pressure ability;
4. Strong work responsibility, dedication, good communication and coordination capabilities and professional integrity;
5. Identification of enterprise culture.
Work time
9:00-18:00, 2 rest days per week, 8:30-17:00, 1.5 rest days per week
Compensation and welfare
Position salary +performance salary + meal allowance+ traffic allowance+ communications allowance + annual bonus, five social insurances and one housing fund, annual vacation, holidays and festivals welfare
