Position responsibility

1.    To be fully responsible for guidance and management of engineering project of the company and ensure normal operation of project equipment;

2.    To participate in design, tender, bidding of engineering project, review elements of engineering design, evaluate design, tender and bidding plan;

3.    To take charge of design, compilation of construction assignment, close tracking of engineering schedule in each period;

4.    To make periodical and casual inspection of operation, maintenance and repairing of facilities and equipment, ensure facilities and equipment managed by Engineering Department to keep safe and good operation;

5.    To assist to monitor and guide on-site quality, solve quality problems during project implementation;

6.    To propose specific control suggestions on schedule, safety, and cost etc. of the project for the company.

Position requirements

1.    30-55 years old, university or above, major in equipment installation, strong and weak electricity etc.;

2.    Over 5 years of relevant work experience, professional title of senior engineer or above;

3.    Familiar with national and local relevant laws, regulations, policies, and industrial standard; early-stage planning of the project, design work content, procedure and key link; tendering and bidding procedure and engineering cost budget;

4.    Capability of design, planning and implementation of large-scale engineering project, strong innovation capability, open-minded, excellent communication and leadership capabilities;

5.    Complete and thorough work experience in charge of large-scale construction project, effective management of engineering quality, schedule guarantee, and project cost control;

6.    Familiar with office software, proficiency in CAD drawing, stronger dedication and responsibility.

Work time

8:30-17:00, 1.5 rest days per week

Compensation and welfare

Position salary +performance salary + meal allowance+ traffic allowance+ communications allowance + annual bonus, five social insurances and one housing fund, annual vacation, holidays and festivals welfare
