Position responsibilities

1.    To assist the senior to establish sound human resource system construction like recruitment, training, salary, insurance, welfare, performance assessment etc.;

2.    To establish and maintain personnel archives, arrange and renew labor contract;

3.    To execute various practical operation procedure and implement various regulations and system, and cooperate with other business departments;

4.    To collect human resource policies, laws and regulations like relevant labor and employment etc.;

5.    To implement recruitment work procedure, coordinate and arrange employment recruitment, taking work, leaving office, transference, and promotion etc.;

6.    To coordinate to develop new employment induction training, business training; execute training plan, contact and organize external training, track and feedback of training effect;

7.    To take charge of employment salary settlement and total yearly payroll application, and arrange relevant social insurance etc.;

8.    To help to establish staff relations, coordinate the relations between staffs and management, and organize staff activities.


Position requirements

1.    25-40 years old, Human Resource or relevant major, college or above

2.    Over 3 years of human resource work experience;

3.    Familiar with operation procedure of various practice of human resource management, familiar with various national labor and personnel laws and regulations, enable to make practical operation and application;

4.    Good professional moralities, reliability, meticulous work, strong capabilities of responsibility and coordination, team spirit;

5.    Familiar with relevant office software, and basic network knowledge.


Work time

9:00-18:00, 2 rest days per week


Compensation and welfare

Position salary +performance salary + meal allowance+ traffic allowance+ communications allowance + annual bonus, five social insurances and one housing fund, annual vacation, holidays and festivals welfare
