Position responsibilities

1.    To take charge of normal operation of responsible project;

2.    To know and analyze various requirements of customers as the general planning and development requirements of company, grasp potential service content, and complete work target of various projects;

3.    To take charge of supervision and management of responsible projects, and coordination, treatment, and feedback and remedy measure of supervision function when important outburst or emergency events in the operation process;

4.    To take charge of staff management of responsible projects as well as supervision and guidance of grass-root training activities.

Position requirements

1.    30-55 years old, senior high school or above;

2.    Over 5 years of property management, over 2 years of cleaning management experience, senior and medium management experience of service industry;

3.    Familiar with practical operation of property management as well as laws and regulations, prior consideration of property manager certificate;

4.    Strong capabilities of planning, organization, leadership, coordination, communication and control;

5.    Good professional morality, strong language expression and word processing capabilities, familiar with computer office automation.

Work time

Comprehensive work system, 1 rest day per week
