Position responsibilities:

1.    To take charge of daily management of project site;

2.    To know and analyze requirements of various clients, grasp potential service content, and complete work target of the project according to general plan and development requirements of the company;

3.    To arrange or organize cleaning work or service as the request of clients, communicate with clients timely, deal with complaints and opinions of clients, satisfy the customers.

4.    Recruitment of new staffs, induction guidance and basic training, management etc.

5.    To take charge of routine inspection, supervision, guidance of staff performance standard, daily execution of behavior protocols etc. it shall correct and guide because of inconformity items.


Position requirements

1.    30-55 years old, senior high school diploma or above;

2.    Over 5 years of work experience in service management of property site and hotel cleaning, among this, similar position experience shall not be less than 3 years;

3.    Priority to the applicants with work experience of large and medium top grade property, starred hotel and shopping mall;

4.    To possess good behavioral norms, etiquette & protocols, oral expression and communication capability;

5.    To possess scientific management methods and experience, and be capable of emergency events.


Work time

As the actual work time of project, 1 rest day per week


Compensation and welfare

Position salary +performance salary + meal allowance+ traffic allowance+ communications allowance + annual bonus, five social insurances and one housing fund, annual vacation, holidays and festivals welfare
