Position responsibilities
1. To combine company’s annual target and formulate general marketing plan, and implement;
2. To know customer’s requirements through various channels, analyze market situations, and put forward to effective marketing plan;
3. To formulate marketing business system and procedure, and organize to implement marketing management system;
4. To take charge of importing advanced marketing theories and skills, collect and analyze the cases, and adjust company’s marketing strategy and tactics, propose valuable suggestions, and take charge of formulating implementation plans after confirmation;
5. To take charge of design, bidding formulation and expense calculation for local bidding project;
6. To take charge of tender-negotiation, on-site Q&A, contract signing and customer coordination expense payment;
7. To take charge of application of company’s qualification and relevant qualification certificate, and communication with some departments like industry association etc.
Position requirements
1. 30-50 years old, college diploma or above, prior majors like enterprise management, enterprise marketing etc.
2. Proficiency in property and service outsourcing business module;
3. Above 5 years of property experience, above 3 years of property management and project expanding experience, proficiency in tendering and bidding procedure of property management, and some interpersonal connections;
4. Be able to complete bidding expense calculation, bidding formulation and tender-negotiation independently;
5. Possess capabilities of good organization management, verbal communication, commercial negotiations and public relations;
6. Good image and temperament, full of energy, strong team organization capabilities, ability to undertake larger work pressure;
7. Strong word processing capabilities, and familiar with computer office automation.
Work time
9:00-18:00, 2 rest days per week
Compensation and welfare
Position salary +performance salary + business commission+ meal allowance+ traffic allowance+ communications allowance + annual bonus, five social insurances and one housing fund, annual vacation, holidays and festivals welfare
